Job Description:
Aircraft technicians are in charge of the dismantling , the greening and cutting phase. They are responsible to strip the inside of the aircraft down to its green shell, while sorting the waste materials and cut the airframe into little parts for treatment and transportation for recycling purposes. They also report to the dismantling leader.
1.Remove component according to Airworthiness Documents
2.Scheduling and overseeing routine cutting & greening work order cards.
3.Implementing and adhering to strict safety guidelines.
4.Complete the greening and cutting of the aircraft according to internal procedures, execute task regarding greening and cutting outside scope of CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017.
5. Strip the inside of the aircraft (cockpit, cabin and cargo holds) down to its green shell.
6.Sort the waste materials (cables, foam, cabin items…) obtained at source in order to recover as many of them as possible.
7.cut the airframe into little parts for treatment and transportation for recycling purposes.
8.Other tasks assigned by manager.
9.Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
1.EDUCATION: with Aeronautical vocational diploma, or equivalent degree, in mechanical, automation or aircraft maintenance related major.
2.EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduates (junior college or Bachelor above) will be required to follow a designated mentor to conduct the aircraft maintenance and disassembly-related traineeship work at an aircraft maintenance site within one year after joining ALS.
3.CERTIFICATION: Civil Aviation Administration of China Part-66 TA license is preferred.
4.LANGUAGE: Basic read and written English, Standard practice of mechanical
5.KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
5.1Thorough understanding of aircraft parts and systems.
5.2Thorough understanding of tools and testing methods used to ensure proper functioning of aircraft parts, systems.
5.3Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to manual instructions to resolve complex mechanical issues.
5.4Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records.
5.5Detail-oriented with mechanical inclination.
5.6Superior and careful workmanship.
5.7Ability to perform consistently under stressful conditions.
5.8Ability to perform basic inspections and repairs.
5.9Ability to learn new skills and methods of repairs.
5.10Sufficient oral and verbal communication skills, as needed, to discuss equipment malfunctions and complete reports.
6.ABILITIES: Fresh graduates (junior college or Bachelor above) will be required to follow a designated mentor to conduct the aircraft maintenance and disassembly-related traineeship work at an aircraft maintenance site within one year after joining ALS.
