Job description
Trading & Distribution Account Executive is an individual contributor responsible for driving profitable growth through assigned reseller/Distribution accounts within the Trading & Partner Management go-to-market model.
The role executes Trading & Distribution engagement and enablement activities, supports manufactured consumable sales optimizing factory capacity and initiates sales activities for Traded Products
The Trading & Distribution Account Executive maintains disciplined CRM funnel hygiene, supports commercial execution (pricing, rebates, discount frameworks) within governance, and coordinates internal stakeholders to ensure strong Reseller and Distributor experience.
Key accountabilities include
•
Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with assigned reseller/distribution accounts; support joint planning, quarterly reviews, and follow-up actions.

Support enablement for consumables and portfolio value propositions (training sessions, application support, sales tools, joint customer visits where appropriate).
•
Identify and progress reseller and distribution opportunities and leads; maintain a structured opportunity funnel in CRM and ensure accurate next steps and forecasting inputs.
•
Support commercial execution with resellers and distributors, including pricing/discount guidance, rebate and incentive mechanics, and issue resolution in line with agreed frameworks.
•
Monitor early signals in reseller and distributor performance (pipeline health, pricing leakage indicators, churn risk, service/delivery issues) and escalate appropriately with recommendations.
•
Coordinate internally with Product Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Customer Service, and Finance/AR to resolve customer issues and enable reliable execution.
•
Promote full-portfolio pull-through where applicable by connecting partners to the right internal resources and ensuring the right product/service mix is proposed.
•
Represent Signode in reseller & distributor facing events and support broader program initiatives (rollouts, mid-tail improvements, retention actions) as assigned.
