Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
• Must be interested and available to day shift and overtime as required.
• This position is located in Menomonie, WI, 54751. Must be able to reliably commute to Menomonie, WI or plan to relocate prior to start.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Basic mechanical and carpentry skills
• Knowledge to operate motorized equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.14 and $26.12. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
