Job Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product and solution capabilities, scope services, design delivery options, address objections, and prepare proposals and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other software partner sellers
Model business and systems processes based on findings using use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models; develop and enhance packaged ERP service offerings as part of broader business problem-solving
Demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in selling professional services — both to clients without an existing ERP solution and to those looking to replace their current system with a higher-value option
Create and present compelling business cases to buyers and influencers at all levels, including C-suite and board members
Manage the full sales process for new opportunities, from demos and scoping through proposal writing and contract negotiations
Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to project solution and direction.
Develops applicable business process workflows and training documents to support the project requirements and client solution
Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint.
Gathers and analyzes data and develops solution architectural requirements at project level.
Assists with business process re-engineering to resolve process gaps and solution requirements
Participates in the Dynamics Enterprise governance model.
Provides oversight and guidance for Enterprise design documents, modifications, and enhancements
Coaches and mentors team members.
Leads in the design and implements long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining business processes.
Ensures that proposed solutions and business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Where applicable, uses expert knowledge to design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
Confers with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business or related or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7 years’ experience working with and designing ERP solutions with D365 FSC, F&O and Dynamics AX with 2 years of experience selling professional services
Direct sales experience, including meeting quotas, managing transaction volume, and overseeing sales activities (calls, demos, meetings, etc.)
Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales objectives
Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ISV integrations into D365 FSC, F&O and Dynamics AX
Technical and functional cross-Enterprise Dynamics modules skills to facilitate configuration, enhancements and development, functional testing, and client and delivery team training
Experience in developing strategic systems and solutions architecture plans, business requirements gathering/analysis
Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $206,000 - $280,700. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
