Job description
Responsibilities:
- Leads and motivates staff by setting daily/weekly/monthly goals, coaching performance, and holding the team accountable.
- Oversees leasing operations by managing leasing activity, setting specials, conducting meetings, and ensuring goals align with budget expectations.
- Handles resident issues by addressing escalated concerns, guiding staff on service standards, and ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Manages staffing and scheduling including planning coverage, coordinating vacations, and ensuring operational needs are met.
- Controls property operations through budget oversight, expense approvals, marketing coordination, resident communications, and maintaining property appearance.
- Maintains service standards by upholding company appearance guidelines, communicating professionally, and ensuring resident concerns are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in property management.
- Multi-family property management experience preferred.
- Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising preferred.
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
