Job description

Execute the IAM People and Culture and Domain’s strategic objectives. Formulate a way forward for the Technology portfolio that is fit for purpose, advances the business agenda & people experience within a transforming organisation. Collaborate closely with the COE to design, develop, and deliver integrated, high-quality solutions that effectively meet the evolving needs of the Business and drive alignment with strategic objectives Lead the technology portfolio change agenda, managing various stakeholders, ensuring visibility of the Business Partnering team in resolving highly complex problems.

  • Experience positioning employee centric P&C products to support business objectives. Knowledge & application of P&C impact measures. Evidence influencing snr stakeholders across complex environment.
