Job description

Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in Chandigarh.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate effectively with credit, operations, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage finance sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Chandigarh market, including local real estate trends and customer demographics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance.Any Graduates
