Job Summary**

The Area Sales Manager - LAP (Noida) will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for Loan Against Property products within the Noida region. This role involves leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Noida area.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous development and optimal performance.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and LAP products.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Noida.Any Graduates
