Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our LAP (Loan Against Property) division in Noida. This role will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth within the Noida region.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in Noida.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base for LAP products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to sanctioning and disbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, including credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and optimize sales efforts.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the LAP or mortgage finance industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.Any Graduates
