Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our LAP (Loan Against Property) division in Pune. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets within the Pune market.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Pune region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous professional development and high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
  • Identify and onboard new DSA/Connectors to expand the sales network and reach.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the LAP or secured lending segment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune market and local real estate landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.Any Graduates
