Key responsibilities will include:

Applying structured project and change management approaches to achieve desired outcomes and business benefits
Supporting the design of solutions, including operating models and ways of working
Establishing delivery plans, resource models, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting
Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks in partnership with CMG ePMO
Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
Leading stakeholder engagement, workshops, and project communications
Supporting change adoption through training, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
Taking ownership of deliverables where required
About you
You will bring strong experience delivering business change in complex, global environments, with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, deliverable outcomes and drive progress through multidisciplinary teams.
Your experience is likely to include:
Delivery of business change projects from initiation through to benefit realisation
Experience within large-scale transformation programmes and structured PMO environments
Strong project planning, financial management, and reporting capability
Experience contributing to business solution design and organisational change
Proven ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
Technical skills
Strong knowledge of project, programme, and change management methodologies
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Project Online, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office
Desirable
Experience in professional services or the legal sector
Exposure to areas such as technology, regulation, or process and organisational design
Degree-level education and/or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, APMP, Prosci, ACMP)
Key competencies
Strong attention to detail, judgement, and problem-solving capability
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and under pressure
Collaborative and consultative approach with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills
Proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset
