Are you a driven sales professional with strong technical aptitude and a passion for building lasting customer relationships? Husqvarna Construction is seeking a Territory Sales Manager on a 12‑month contract to grow our Surface & Floor Preparation portfolio across your assigned region.
This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys being in front of customers, and is motivated by delivering real value through expertise, integrity, and exceptional service. You’ll be the face of the brand in your region, responsible for both growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales budgets, increasing market share, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across the Surface & Floor Preparation product range. You’ll work across all market segments in your territory, supported by a strong brand, innovative products, and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable sales growth across the Surface & Floor Preparation portfolio, including:
- Grinders, scarifiers, shavers and related equipment
- Dust and Slurry Management solutions
- Consumables and accessories
- Service offerings including parts, labour, and service solutions
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within the concrete surfaces and flooring sector
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and achieve sales targets
- Provide technical advice, demonstrations, and product recommendations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Support social selling strategies and digital engagement initiatives
- Lead and deliver local training programs (Superfloor, Hipertrowel, Floor Prep)
- Analyse territory performance and develop action plans to meet KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management within an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Previous experience in Surface & Floor Preparation or related construction sectors (highly advantageous)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
