Project Director Delivery - Hospital Construction

We are seeking a commercially astute Project Director with Health experience to join our Real Estate team. With the opportunity to work on a multi billion pound health programme, this is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of a major health programme across various functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Plan and secure resources for the programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Lead and manage the programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Ensure the programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
• Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators.
• Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme, using evidence-based methods and tools.

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified at post-graduate level (must be an internationally recognized project management qualification).
• Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.
• Experience in Health projects and/or major real estate/infrastructure programs.
• Strong contract administration skills.
• Commercially astute.
• Experience of NEC contracts.
