About the Role Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is seeking a Senior Paid Media Buyer specializing in Video, CTV, OTT, and YouTube advertising to lead high-impact, performance-driven campaigns that directly influence company revenue.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your decisions on media strategy, budget allocation, and optimization directly impact growth at scale.

You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, and analytics to build and scale best-in-class video and performance campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize video-first paid media campaigns across CTV, OTT, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
• Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads
• Make real-time optimization decisions based on performance data and ROI
• Analyze creative performance and collaborate with internal teams to improve video ads
• Manage meaningful monthly ad spend with a focus on efficiency and scale
• Build reporting insights that drive executive-level decisions What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in paid media or performance marketing roles
• Strong experience with video advertising (YouTube, CTV, OTT, programmatic)
• Hands-on management of paid campaigns and budgets
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, attribution)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset Nice to Have
• Experience in direct-response or lead generation marketing
• Background in insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries
