We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and help us provide outstanding service to every customer, every time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, addressing their needs with professionalism and care
  • Effectively communicate service recommendations to customers and explain repair process clearly
  • Schedule appointments, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely service delivery
  • Coordinate with technicians and service department staff to ensure the smooth operation of the service process
  • Provide customers with accurate estimates, and follow up with updates during the service process
  • Handel customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for every client
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest automotive trends and service offerings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar customer facing role
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient with computer systems and software
