Express Technician

Ray Laethem is a fast paced, customer focused automotive dealership committed to delivering high quality service and a great customer experience. We are looking for a motivated Express Technician to join our service team and grow within the automotive industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The express technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their automotive career or looking to gain hands on experience in a professional dealership environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Check and top off fluid levels
• Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, and batteries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members
• Assist senior technicians as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience or training
• Valid driver's license
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
