Are you looking for flexible shifts?
We are recruiting BANK Support Workers with experience located in 'Coalville Leicestershire' LE67 postcode area.
£13.12 per hour.
You must be able to use hoist as there is moving and handling required for this role. If you are a non-driver please check the transport links before applying as you will be offered shifts on weekdays and weekends, and weekend transfport links are not always serviceable at the shift times.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role
What you'll be doing
You'll be supporting people within a purpose‑built supported living service in Coalville , made up of 15 self‑contained flats, where individuals live independently with the right level of support.
This is a brand new, thoughtfully designed service , created in partnership with Leicestershire County Council and specialist housing partners. Every detail has been considered to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing - from assistive technology to adaptable living spaces that support people to live comfortably in their own homes.
The people who live here have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities , and each person brings their own personality, goals and way of enjoying life. Some may need more hands‑on support, while others are working towards greater independence, building confidence in their daily routines and exploring their local community.
This is a flexible, varied role , where you'll be supporting different people across the service. You'll need to be adaptable - able to respond to different routines, communication styles and needs - while always delivering consistent, person‑centred support.
