About Community Integrated Care

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK's largest social care charities, supporting thousands of people to live independently and thrive in their communities.

Since 1988, we've been at the forefront of person-centred care, helping people move away from institutional living and into homes where they can enjoy greater choice, dignity and opportunity.

Today, with over 6,600 colleagues across England and Scotland, we continue to lead the way - finding new, creative and impactful ways to improve lives every day.

're a multi-award winning charity that exists to ensure our colleagues and the people we support live the best lives possible. In 2025, we launched our new strategy - Best Lives, Bolder. Find our more here.

  • Supporting community access and activities
  • Encouraging hobbies, interests and new experiences
  • Assisting with personal care and medication where required
