Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Skills

• Strong anatomy knowledge
• Experience in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
• Previous experience in a Home Health setting prefferd
• Skilled in medication administration
