Key Responsibilities
•
Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable

Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
•
Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed
•
Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences
•
Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
•
Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals
•
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
•
Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
