Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don't do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

This role is in our People Services department supporting our Early Careers team, who are responsible for bringing on board the best talent through apprenticeships and graduate opportunities.

What will you be doing?

You will act as the main point of contact for early careers employees and line managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship, while assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and handling queries.

You will coordinate and support development programmes for apprentices and graduates, including reviews, forums, and end point assessment preparation, while tracking progress and addressing any risks with training providers.

You will manage the apprenticeship enrolment process, ensuring all documentation meets governance standards, and produce regular reports, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

You will also represent the business at careers events, support STEM initiatives and campaigns, manage internal and external communications, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver an inclusive and effective early careers strategy.
