What You'll Do (A.K.A. Be the Hero of the Service Lane)

• Be the first impression -greet riders, build trust, and create a standout experience
• Listen like a pro and translate customer concerns into repair orders
• Work hand-in-hand with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Provide clear updates on timelines, repairs, and recommendations
• Recommend maintenance and repairs with honesty and confidence
• Keep customers informed, excited, and coming back for more
• Handle questions, concerns, and curveballs with professionalism
