Job description

Pizza Cook

Hospitality Starts Here

Welcome to The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) , where hospitality is more than a job; it's a family, a lifestyle, and an exciting journey. We believe that by taking care of you, you'll best take care of our guests. It's working. In addition to generous benefits and job openings across 30+ locations, we have internal growth opportunities for everyone who wants it. But most of all, we have heart!

Riva Mare

A love letter to the Italian coast, the effortlessly inviting Riva Mare embraces a vibrant, beach club spirit - lively, joyful, and deeply rooted in la vita dolce. While Indaco celebrates the depth and soul of Italian tradition, this concept leans into a lighter, brighter, unmistakably seafood-forward coastal perspective.

The menu celebrates coastal Italian cooking with a focus on fresh, local seafood, crudos, whole roasted fish, housemade pestos, and rich olive oils with unfussy, intentional preparations that allow ingredients to shine. Wood-fired dishes and seasonal accompaniments round out a menu inspired by the coastal land and surrounding sea. Designed to feel like a timeless seaside retreat with an unmistakable energy, Riva Mare blends open kitchens, warm woods, relaxed outdoor spaces, and an atmosphere that feels both elevated and fun.
