About The Role

Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Upper Heyford (OX25 5HA)

Contract Type: Full-Time - FTC - 6 months

Hours: 40 hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £29,806.40

Must have a license due to location of the site and the size of the site

Restore is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Service Delivery Operative to join our large, fast-paced site. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for handling confidential documents, preparing, checking, and scanning records, carrying out accurate data entry, and transporting materials across the site.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll regularly drive a company van around our large site to move documents and materials between departments and secure locations. The role also involves physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes, so you'll need to be comfortable with a hands-on working environment.

Key Duties

  • Booking In: Track and log documents, meet production targets.
  • Document Preparation: Prep documents for scanning.
  • Scanning: Ensure quality images, maintain scanners.
  • Quality Assurance: Check and index scanned documents, address issues

Essential Criteria

  • Support other Operation departments by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks.
  • Have basic Computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks
  • Have the ability to stand for extended periods
  • Have the ability to record and sort high volume of incoming files and boxes
  • Have the ability to be able to lift up to 10kg on a daily basis
  • A team player who can also work independently and follow processes
  • Enjoys learning new skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, active environment
  • Driving Licence
  • Dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and takes pride in a job well done
