Job description

Join Team CARFAX as a Manager of Revenue Operations

Isn't it time you bragged about where you work? At CARFAX, we do, every day. We pride ourselves on being mission-focused on helping to grow a brand built on accuracy and integrity. We care deeply about our products and our customers. We’re more than just a company: We help millions of consumers make more-informed decisions every day. We know that our teammates are our most valuable asset, and we value a balanced life while tackling challenging projects in a fast-paced environment. One last thing: Our four-day week continues in Summer 2026!

The Manager of Revenue Operations will be a foundational pillar of the Dealer Business Unit Operations team, taking absolute ownership of day-to-day execution, infrastructure, and operational excellence. This individual will manage reporting, sales incentives, meeting preparation, and cross-departmental coordination. By executing these critical tactical functions seamlessly, this role ensures the broader organization functions at peak productivity and directly enables leadership to focus on long-term strategic growth.

What you'll be doing

Reporting & Administration

  • Sales & Contest Tracking: Own the end-to-end tracking, data analysis, and weekly/monthly communication of sales metrics and internal performance contests.
  • Data Request Fulfillment: Serve as the primary, central point of contact for data gathering requests across the DBU, delivering precise and structured insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Territory Management: Administer and cleanly execute territory updates, adjustments, and roster assignments to ensure structural integrity and minimize sales friction.

Program Execution & Incentive Management

  • Compensation Tracking: Maintain and track compensation plan metrics, performing necessary audits and calculations to ensure accurate alignment with corporate reward structures.
  • Incentive Program Execution: Design, stand up, and manage short-term sales contests and tactical incentives to drive motivation and pace toward immediate targets.

Meeting Prep & Coordination

  • Meeting Architecture: Lead the logistics, build structured agendas, and manage the pre-work coordination for critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly Dealer Business Unit and management leadership meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the main day-to-day operational liaison between the Dealer Business Unit and all other departments (including CARFAX cross-functional teams) to ensure unified communication and eliminate silos.

Project Management

  • Process Tracking: Build and maintain project tracking frameworks to ensure all operational timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules stay on track.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document processes for data gathering, contest execution, and reporting to establish repeatability and operational resilience.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms specifically Salesforce, and BI reporting tools).
  • Proven experience handling compensation tracking, formula management, and metric reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong structural organization.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills; comfortable interacting with diverse cross-functional teams.
