Join Our Growing Team as a Full-Time Customer Service Associate! Multiple locations across Singapore, new branches opening

As Write Edge continues to grow, we’re looking for warm, passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Relations & Operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with students, parents, teachers, and colleagues while gaining valuable experience and opportunities for growth within a growing education company.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for students and parents, both in person and online.
  • Provide course advice and support to prospective and existing parents.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents through timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Support centre operations, including scheduling, teacher deployment, and relief coordination.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and student records.
  • Help ensure the smooth running of the centre and a positive experience for all students.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Multitasker: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with ease.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick-thinking, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written English proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional: Represent Write Edge with professionalism in both attire and speech.
  • Team Player: Accountable, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.

Additional Requirements: -At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. -Leadership qualities and project management experience (an advantage).

Work Hours

-Option 1: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend -Option 2: 2 weekdays and 2 weekends -Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm -Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm (Workdays will be fixed and assigned based on your experience and company needs.)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
