What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth by:
• Connecting with potential customers via phone, email, text, and social media
• Responding promptly to inbound leads and inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our Sales Consultants
• Managing and organizing prospects in our CRM system
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to increase engagement
• Building product knowledge to confidently communicate vehicle features and benefits
What We're Looking For
• A strong interest in sales, customer service, and the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Resilient and comfortable handling objections
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus - but not required
