SUMMARY
About Us: Mills Automotive Group is a growing and dynamic dealership group looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering results through leadership, professionalism, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
•
Manage daily operations of the sales department
•
Build rapport with customers and develop a strong client base
•
Work directly with team members and customers to improve the sales process
•
Provide hands-on training and support to the sales staff
•
Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR vehicles
•
Purchase vehicles from auctions and manage pre-owned inventory
•
Maintain a professional and driven work ethic in a team environment
•
Assist in all other aspects of sales department management
Requirements
•
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
•
Preferred experience in Automotive Finance
•
High school diploma or GED required
•
Experience using CDK, CRM software, and Google Drive
•
Comfortable handling phone communication with customers and vendors
•
Strong organizational and leadership skills
•
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report
•
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
•
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
