Job description

Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York, and we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Queens.

Please note: This position is ONLY for currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) an extensive background in ABA services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs
  • Track session data and client progress
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients and families
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team

Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification (Required)
  • Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends
