Job description

Tothemoon is a leading cryptocurrency platform providing secure, intuitive, and compliant crypto trading solutions for businesses worldwide. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take our B2B growth to the next level.

This role is all about hunting: identifying, pitching, and closing new business clients and institutional partners. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver custom crypto solutions that solve real business needs.

What You’ll Do

Proactively identify and engage prospective B2B clients

Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and account handover

Develop tailored proposals and pitch our solutions to key decision-makers

Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and outreach campaigns

Work closely with the product and tech teams to deliver client feedback and shape future offerings

Represent Tothemoon at industry events and conferences, building brand and pipeline

Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs, forecasts, and client feedback

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, igaming or SaaS

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas

Strong understanding of digital assets, trading platforms, and the institutional crypto landscape

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-starter mentality — you thrive in a fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding
