  • Create accurate solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client processes, SLAs, productivity goals, and quality standards.
  • Follow assigned schedules and maintain professional, responsive communication.
  • Participate actively in weekly meetings, 1:1s, and team huddles. System Activation & Onboarding
  • Assist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning
  • Verify system data accuracy (production, consumption, battery performance, connectivity).
  • Confirm PTO status and system readiness and guide customers through app setup and basic features. Customer Support & Education
  • Educate homeowners on energy production, consumption, and battery functionality.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
  • Communicate technical details clearly and in customer‑friendly terms. Troubleshooting & Resolution
  • Resolve activation and monitoring issues (e.g., offline gateways, missing data).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer support for escalations.
  • Document issues, solutions, and follow‑ups in CRM and service systems.

  • Engineering graduates preferred ; or other technical course graduates with at least one year of hands‑on experience using AutoCAD or exposure to solar-related projects.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the solar or energy industry.
  • Familiarity with homeowner support or home technology products, with working knowledge of platforms in solar supports. What We Offer
