Trainer - Solar Campaign

What will you do as a Trainer

• Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge, policies, processes, systems, and soft skills to support operational objectives.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support trainee development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the Training Team Leader and Training Manager to enhance training content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress and address performance opportunities through ongoing support and guidance.
• Administer trainee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Participate in production activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business and ensure training relevance.
• Maintain accurate training records and communicate trainee performance updates to key stakeholders. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or facilitation.
• Experience in the solar industry with knowledge of solar products, services, and processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
• Experience delivering virtual or classroom-based training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.
