Home Inspector (Part-Time – Flexible)

RDC Property Services a division of Tribe Management Inc is hiring Part-Time Home Inspectors to complete residential property inspections for clients of Tribe.

This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers independent work, has an eye for detail, and wants to earn supplemental income on a flexible schedule.

What you will be doing

• Schedule and coordinate home inspection with clients and tenants
• Conduct residential property inspections when required
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Complete clear and accurate inspection reports and documentation

What to expect in this role

• Flexible scheduling – inspections are arranged based on availability, including yours
• Independent role with minimal day to day oversight
• Supplemental income – great for someone with other work, business, or commitments
• Local travel required

• Reliable vehicle and Class 5 Driver's License
• Strong communication and organization
• Detail focused reporting
• comfortability using basic reporting tools (email, forms, etc.) Compensation:
• $25 per completed inspection
• Flexible volume based on your availability
