In-Home Caregiver

Now Hiring: Caregivers/CNAs – Farmington Hills, MI

CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking 3–4 compassionate, dependable Caregivers/CNAs to join our team and provide long-term support for a client in Farmington Hills.

Available Shifts (7 Days Per Week)

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Preference will be given to caregivers who can commit to a consistent, long-term schedule.

Position Overview

Caregivers will provide one-on-one, non-medical care and support in the client's home while promoting safety, comfort, and independence. This position requires reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following an established care plan.

Responsibilities

•

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

•

Provide companionship and engagement

•

Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and daily exercises

•

Support safe ambulation and fall prevention

•

Prepare meals and follow diabetic meal plans as directed

•

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization

•

Provide medication reminders according to the care plan

•

Assist with transportation to appointments and errands when needed

•

Document care provided and communicate changes in condition to the office

•

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Qualifications

•

Knowledge of diabetic care and diabetic meal preparation preferred

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety

•

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

•

Ability to use company technology for documentation and communication

•

Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record

•

Must be at least 18 years old

•

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

•

TB test required prior to employment

•

Dependable attendance and punctuality required

Pay & Benefits

•

$14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and level of care

•

Higher rates may be available for specialty care cases

•

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

•

Additional hours may be available based on performance and availability
