Associate Technical Project Manager

Location: Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi Experience Required: 7-10 Years Role Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
• Guide and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assist the team in requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, data science, and engineering teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and groom team members by enhancing their technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall professional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Currently working as a Technical Lead (or recent experience as a Technical Lead).
• Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
• Interest in transitioning into a Technical Project Management career path.
• Experience with .NET or MySQL will be an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions will be an advantage.
