Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus structure

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and grow the operations of a bath remodeling company. This is a replacement role for a key leadership position and is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including sales, production, and installation teams
• Manage project flow from sale to installation to ensure timely, high-quality completion
• Lead, train, and motivate office and field staff
• Monitor job costing, budgets, and overall profitability
• Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction
• Work closely with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Previous management experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction (bath or kitchen remodeling strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of job costing, scheduling, and operational workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on performance and accountability
