Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for assigned clients.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen strong working relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, strategies, and priorities to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and address client needs while managing expectations and delivering value-added services.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess ongoing requirements, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee project implementation and monitor progress to ensure all approved activities are executed efficiently and according to plan.
- Ensure clients achieve optimal return on investment through effective campaign management and performance monitoring.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including weekly progress reports, campaign updates, and post-campaign evaluation reports.
- Assist the Manager in compiling project records, documentation, and reports related to PP projects, ensuring accurate and timely submission to the HR Department.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Academic Qualification(s)
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in admin role.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and etc).
- Good communication skills and a detailed person.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are added advantage.
- Responsible, fast learner who can multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
