Duties and Responsibilities
You will works closely with the team to drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients and identify and convert new business opportunities with brand team.
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary liaison to clients.
- Maintain and grow a close relationship with clients / decision maker.
- Have strong and deep understanding on clients’ business objectives and drive a high level of strategic plans and objectives.
- Work proactively to meet client’s needs and priorities with the greatest amount of added value and managing client’s expectation.
- Understand, prioritize, and drive resolution of issues through hands-on involvement and effective communication between responsible parties internally and with the clients.
- Assess clients’ ongoing needs by conducting periodic strategic reviews and uncovers areas for additional revenue growth.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and develop campaign proposal and presentation to meet client’s business objectives, challenges, opportunities and needs.
- Work diligently with approved job progress status to ensure a smooth execution of activation. Ensure client’s investment is maximized with optimum results achieved.
- Ensure a timely reporting (i.e. weekly reports and post evaluation reports) to clients.
- Always deliver high standard of work and quality service and performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
- Assist the Manager on compiling records and reports on PP projects and submit to HR department on a timely manner.
Academic Qualification(s)
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in admin role.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and etc).
- Good communication skills and a detailed person.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are added advantage.
- Responsible, fast learner who can multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
