What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the pre-owned sales team
• Desk and structure deals
• Help drive appointments and lead conversion
• Manage inventory and merchandising
• Work closely with finance and leadership teams
• Monitor performance metrics and accountability

• Automotive sales management experience
• Strong used vehicle knowledge
