Medical Director / Vein Physician Phoenix AZ Urgently Hiring Full-Time | 5 Days per Week Base Salary: $325,000 + Productivity Bonus (Potential Total Compensation $500,000+) Phantom Equity Opportunity An established and rapidly expanding specialty vascular practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director / Vein Physician to join a high-performing clinical team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced providers in a busy procedural environment while helping guide clinical excellence and future growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has significant experience treating venous disease and performing superficial venous procedures. This role is well-suited for a physician who is confident in a high-volume setting, values teamwork, and is interested in a leadership opportunity with substantial long-term earning potential. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with venous disease
• Perform superficial venous procedures, including:
• Varithena
• VenaSeal
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Maintain high procedural efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Provide leadership and oversight in a Medical Director capacity
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and ultrasound staff
• Support quality improvement initiatives and practice growth Qualifications
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing superficial venous procedures
• Strong proficiency with:
• Varithena
• VenaSeal
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume procedural setting
• Ability to efficiently perform multiple venous procedures per hour
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Position Highlights
