About the role

• Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities
• Help kids with activities of daily living and encourage independence
• Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules
• Work as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision What we’re looking for
• Great communicator – clear, warm and easy to understand
• An ability and to really engage with children, not just watch them!
• Comfortable with basic computer use and learning electronic charting
• Childcare/healthcare experience preferred (not required!)
• Current negative TB test (PPD) required
• Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification required Benefits
