Job description

About Linjer Founded in 2014, Linjer is a design studio with Scandinavian roots dedicated to creating timeless, high-quality jewelry, bags, and watches.

Frustrated by the limited options between fast fashion and overpriced luxury, we partner directly with top suppliers to deliver beautiful, well-crafted products at a fraction of traditional luxury prices.

We are committed to thoughtful design and sustainable practices, using recycled metals, ethically sourced gemstones, and conflict-free, lab-grown diamonds.

Our company is rapidly scaling and we're excited to expand our Hong Kong office by adding 10 new team members this year !

What Linjer offers

  • A multicultural and inclusive team culture
  • Talented and passionate colleagues committed to excellence
  • Work/life balance with a predictable 9am-6pm work schedule
  • The opportunity to make an impact with your work from day one
  • Exposure to entrepreneurship in a stable business growing 100%+ every year
  • Accelerated career growth opportunities for high achievers
  • Visa sponsorship for exceptional talent ready to join our family

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jewellery Product Development Coordinator to support the end-to-end development of our collections from concept to final approved samples. The position can be half-time or full-time. If it is a half-time role, we require daily in-office attendance at our Sheung Wan office, but with shorter hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sample inbound, logging, and archiving
  • Organise and coordinate samples for photo and video shoots
  • Review incoming samples against original briefs and technical drawings, providing clear and actionable feedback
  • Support the preparation of product development documentation, including spec sheets and tech packs
  • Support day-to-day supplier correspondence on operational and logistical matters
  • Research trends, materials, and the competitive landscape to inform collection development
  • Coordinate consumer concept testing: manage the pipeline of surveys featuring new concepts and track results
  • Help to track timelines of product development to make sure we are on track

Who you are

  • Professionally fluent in English
  • You have a strong eye for design and can identify when a sample deviates from the spirit of a brief
  • You are meticulous and organised
  • You communicate clearly and precisely
  • You're coachable and take ownership of your work
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, small-team environment
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using new software tools
  • Bonus: prior experience in jewellery, accessories, or fashion product development
