Clinical Research Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)

Chicago, IL | Full-Time | $24.00 - $31.50/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and site SOPs
  • Schedule and manage study visits, ensuring an exceptional participant experience
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect study-related samples
  • Maintain accurate and compliant study documentation and source records
  • Communicate with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, investigators, and site staff
  • Support patient recruitment, retention, and study follow-up activities
  • Monitor safety events and ensure data quality and integrity throughout each study

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
  • Phlebotomy proficiency required
  • Experience in metabolic, endocrinology, or general medicine studies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  • Ability to independently manage multiple clinical trials
  • CCRC certification is a plus
