Clinical Research Coordinator
Chicago, IL | Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000
IMA Clinical Research is growing in Chicago and seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support innovative clinical trials focused on CNS, psychiatry, psychology, and behavioral health.
This is an excellent opportunity for a research professional who enjoys working directly with participants, collaborating with investigators, and contributing to studies that advance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, GCP guidelines, and SOPs
- Conduct study visits, participant assessments, and phlebotomy procedures
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, monitors, investigators, and participants
- Maintain accurate study documentation and ensure data integrity (ALCOA)
- Support regulatory compliance and monitoring visits
- Report adverse events and help ensure participant safety
Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or behavioral health studies preferred
- Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment
- CCRC certification is a plus
