Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Clinical Research

Manhattan, NY

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Psychiatric NP or PA to join our Manhattan clinical research team. This role is ideal for clinicians interested in psychiatric evaluations, structured assessments, and contributing to clinical trials in a collaborative research environment.

This is a full-time weekday role with a consistent schedule and no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities .

Compensation $130,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric interviews and standardized rating scale assessments for study participants
  • Evaluate eligibility for clinical trials and support screening activities
  • Perform clinical and physical assessments per study protocols
  • Support protocol-related procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with research coordinators, sponsors, and study teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and GCP standards
  • Participate in study trainings and investigator meetings

Qualifications

  • Active NP or PA license
  • Psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
  • Experience with structured assessments or clinical evaluations a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Interest in clinical research and protocol-driven care
