About The Role

As a Skills Practitioner , you'll be at the heart of our learners' journey, helping to create engaging, hands-on experiences that bring carpentry to life!
You will work closely with staff, students and industry partner and provide support to learners to develop their skills, build their confidence, and achieve goals. You'll also play a key role in maintaining a safe, organised and fully equipped workshop environment where learning can thrive.
Here are just a few responsibilities you will lead on
•
Monitor and promote excellent Health & Safety practices within workshop sessions
•
Order, organise, and issue stock and supplies to keep sessions running smoothly
•
Assist in workshop preparation
•
Provide constructive feedback and support to students

About You
Are you organised, hands-on, and positive about helping others? We're looking for someone who enjoys supporting others to develop practical skills and confidence, while contributing to outstanding teaching and learning.
What are we looking for?

Someone confident to support and guide learners through practical tasks
•
Someone with a Level 2 qualification in Carpentry
•
With some industry experience in the Carpentry sector
•
Some with General Building experience
