Compensation: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00
Are you passionate about delivering a premium service experience and leading a high-performing team? Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure every guest receives exceptional care.

As a Lincoln Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing white-glove service, maintaining OEM standards, and driving operational excellence. If you thrive in a luxury and performance environment and have a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Ford/Lincoln service team, including advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure premium customer experiences through personalized service and proactive communication.
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with Ford and Lincoln OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, training, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of automotive service management experience (Ford or Lincoln experience strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and achieve financial targets.
- Proficiency with service management software.
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly required to:
- Sit, stand and walk
- Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
- Speak and hear
- Use close vision abilities
- Operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Occasionally, required to:
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
