Assistant Manager - Ottery Hyper

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate cash and transaction management and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with 3 years experience in a similar management role.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
