Role Overview

The Business Process Analyst II supports the navigation business operations by managing software licensing, financial forecasting, contract administration, and procurement processes. This role provides data-driven insights to improve decision-making, supports customer invoicing and reconciliation, and contributes to strategic planning and research initiatives across North America. The position acts as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costs

Analyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision-making

Administer software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturing entities

Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis

Manage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across multiple divisions

Develop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America

Oversee contractual management of navigation-related information services

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or a related field

5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, business planning, or related disciplines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry

Background in financial planning or business analysis

Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with ability to meet deadlines

Salary range: $83,940 - $120,032
