Job description
Mains’l Services is seeking a Participant Enrollment Specialist to join our Financial Management Services (FMS) Team . The Participant Enrollment Specialist will guide individuals and their teams through the intake and enrollment process for Minnesota’s FMS programs. As a key resource for participants, you’ll play a vital role in supporting their transition into self-directed services and ensuring they understand program requirements and processes.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
- Provide excellent customer service to participants via phone and e-mail
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on self-directed services for participants and stakeholders
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of Minnesota’s Self-Directed Services Programs
- Communicate roles and responsibilities in household employer relationships
- Process program documentation accurately and within established timelines
- Ensure all required documentation is received and compliant with regulations
- Review participant onboarding packets for completeness and accuracy
- Accurately enter date into internal systems
- Train new managing parties on timesheet systems, regulations, and expectations
- Uphold Mains’l Values in all interactions and decision-making
Location: Hybrid with routine meetings in Brooklyn Park, MN Work Structure: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday Wage: $53,560.00/annually What You Need:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced using database systems and handling detailed data entry
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication
- Previous experience supporting individuals via FMS, Medicaid, or PCA/CFSS/CDCS programs is strongly preferred
- College Degree in Human Services or Social Work is preferred
